The MRHOA Board of Directors is committed to providing the highest level of community living with a beautiful, well-maintained, safe, and neighborly environment for all homeowners' common benefits and enjoyment. This includes managing the infrastructure, common areas, enforcing the Association Covenants and Restrictions, and providing fiscally responsible solutions to promote a strong sense of community to optimize our property values and plan for the future.

Trash & Recycling services
Except on a day for trash and recycling collection, all containers shall be kept inside the garage or within a screened area at the side of the house.
The large trash and recycling containers can be exchanged for smaller ones by contacting Waste Management.

Our schedule (excluding major holidays) follows:
Wednesday – Yard Waste & Trash Pickup
Friday – Recyclables & Bulk
Saturday – Trash Pickup
If the pickup day falls on a holiday, the pickup will be the following day.
